Okay girls, time for an update on what I have been buying online post-Christmas (so far!). I will follow shortly with a post of what I picked up in the city during the post-Christmas sales.

Okay, online purchases:

(1) As already posted, picked up this One Teapsoon Asylum Vest for $20 (normally $100). From the boxing day sale on at www.oneteaspoon.com.au

(2) From www.ozsale.com.au, I picked up the following from their Ksubi sale.

-Ksubi Red Skennar Sunnies for $30 (normally $280)
-Ksubi Super Skinny Jeans in Blue Squawk for $20 (normally $270)

(3) From www.mycatwalk.com.au

-Mypetsquare Maps Shirt for $30 (normally $100)

-Mypetsquare Andes Fun Dress for $31.50 (normally $105)

(4) From the sale at www.zyla.com.au

-Blessed are the Meek Ruffled skirt for $10 (normally $130)

-Luxe Accessories Tea Rose Leather Wallet for $20 (normally $88)

-Ada G Leather Zip Shoulder Bag for $30 (normally $80)

-Kuku Moroccan Nights Dress for $50 (normally $190)

(5) I purchased Samantha Wills earrings from two places:

-Firstly these Peacock Plume Earrings from www.buyinvite.com.au for $30 (normally $80)

-Then these SW earrings from eBay for $5.50 (not including postage). Apparently a few small jewels are missing, hopefully it's not too noticeable IRL.

(6) I have also made a Victoria's Secret order from their sale, but won't bother uploading photos, we all know what bras and undies look like!

ONE TEASPOON Boxing Day Sale Online NOW

Boxing day sale online for One Teaspoon NOW. LINK

I picked up just one item. The Asylum vest. Was $100, down to $20.

Cue Sale 30-50% Off - Yippee!

I have been to the Cue sale two times in the last two days. The first time I thought I was done, but couldn't resist going back to have another peek. I don't think I went too overboard, although I definitely could of! I am trying to build up a corporate wardrobe for my upcoming entry into the workforce, so I was glad to get a few Cue pieces on sale. Here is what I picked up:

All pieces were 50% off RRP. The top and grey dress were approx $65each, the black dress was approx $100.

I thought I would also post here two dresses I picked up from Portmans. They weren't on sale, but I liked them enough to buy them, and Portmans isn't that expensive to begin with (compared to Cue anyway). These dresses were $100 each.

One Sleep To Go!

One sleep until Christmas, yay! Will just be having a quite one with my partner, so will miss out (or should that be avoid?) on the big family gathering. Here is our tiny Christmas tree -haha it looks so sad. One day when we have our own home we will have one of those glorious big trees! All the presents under there are all for my partner... He only bought my presents yesterday, and still hasn't wrapped them!

I hope everyone has a fantastic Christmas. I am sure I will be back in a few days to report on any boxing day specials I will (hopefully!) pick up! My local Myer opens at 7am, so I will get a bit of a sleep-in compared to other states where things are opening at 5am eek!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

xx

Another ASOS Buy

ASOS still have free international shipping, so I picked up this basic for about $18AUD. I couldn't find any valid codes, but this was a cheapie purchase so I'm not too fussed. The amount of people who will not buy unless they have a 10% or 20% off code amuses me. For larger purchases I can understand as the savings can be considerable, but for one or two item purchases I really do not understand. For example with this shirt, I am not going to let a $1.80 difference stop me from buying the item. Is it really about the savings (surely not...), or is it just principle-based because everyone now expects ASOS to always have a code?

Also, I thought I read in an email that the free international shipping would be ending soon. Can't seem to find it anywhere though... maybe it was just something about Christmas shopping deadlines?

Vogue KK 2010 Love

Today I got my gorgeous Vogue KK 2010 gift! I was super excited to receive it, and very happy with what I received. I wrote so much on my registration list as I didn't want to leave my KK in the dark. So glad I did as it really was a mystery right up to opening it of what it might have been!

I received this gorgeous tan bag from forever new. I absolutely love its satchel-like style and the buckles. Cannot wait to use it. I love Vogue KK so much, and feel very lucky for once again having such a great KK who put so much effort into researching my personal style and finding something that is perfect for me. Much love to the voguette MrsRyan if you are reading this :)

Borne Naked Liners: Get one FREE with any purchase (first 100 buyers)

Girls, I cannot say enough about Borne Naked Liners. They are the perfect solution to any cluttered handbag. I am a huge fan of big bags. I like to be prepared, with everything from mints through to an umbrella, for all of those "just in case" scenarios. Unfortunately, my penchant for carrying around everything I can lay my hands on leads to very cluttered bags with bits and pieces EVERYWHERE! I seriously hate nothing more than a ringing phone which I manage to find in my bag only when it is a second too late. Anyway, my point is, Borne Naked solves this! Best thing ever, read more on their website if you like. Oh also they are Australian, so double bonus! :)

At the moment there is a promo on for 20% off PLUS a FREE Borne Naked for Men liner with any purchase. It is limited to only the first 100 orders, but it only started yesterday, and has only really been widely advertised as of this morning, through missy confidential. So, if you have been thinking about buying one, NOW is the time to do it! The promo code to enter is SHOP.

I picked up the medium size original borne liner, and got 20% off of that. Postage was $5.00, so all up I paid just under $30.00 for it posted (original price plus postage would have been $35.00). On top of that, for being one of the first 100 I will get a FREE Borne Naked for Men worth $24.95. Cannot wait to get my partner onto it!

Now, the only downside to this promo is when you enter the code you don't know if you are the first 100 to get the free liner. I had to email them to find out if my order qualified. So, there is always the risk that you are placing an order but may not be in the first 100. You can always contact them to ask though before placing your order to confirm. Their customer service is excellent, I received a reply within 30mins!

I will be sure to add photos of the liner in use once I receive it!
